  • Day 5 of 5 lemon juice mixed with cool water with 5 glass.
  • Day 6 juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 glass of cool water.
  • 7 day juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 glasses of fresh water. Add a spoonful of honey and drink the mixture tables during the day.
  • Day 8 juice of 6 lemons mixed with 6 glass of cool water.
  • Day 9 5 lemon juice mixed with 5 glass of cool water.
  • Day 10 Juice of 4 lemons mixed with 4 glass of cool water.
  • Day 11 Juice of 3 lemons mixed with three glass of cool water.
  • Day 12 Juice of 2 lemons mixed with two glass of cool water.
  • Day 13 Juice of 1 lemon mixed with 1 cup of cold water.
  • Day 14 Juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 glasses of fresh water. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and mix drink all day.

Note: If you find it difficult to drink lemon juice all these at a time, drink as much as you can and the rest for later. Be sure to drink at least 1 hour before meals.

Lemon diet is especially effective in the fall or spring, when our body needs vitamins and additional detoxification. If you combine lemon diet with a low calorie diet, you will still get better results!

Lemon-lime Detox Smoothie Recipe


Lemon-lime Detox Smoothie Lemons, limes and other citrus fruits rank high for their cleansing effect. They are among the water-rich fruits to help remove the toxins from your body. This green smoothie combines the sour lemon-lime flavor with the sweetness of the banana and orange for a delicious mix. Lemon-lime Detox Smoothie Recipe

1/2 medium lemon, peeled and seeded

Wow! This 14 day cleansing diet is very easy and good for weight loss process. Yeah Green drink is very effective for weight loss and also good for younger looking skin. Yeah lemon has very strong fat burning properties.
